Wexler Heating & Air
What a site for a Central Texas HVAC company looks like when it is built to answer the phone, not to win an award. The live build runs at wexlerheatingair.com.

The situation
A homeowner whose air conditioning quits in July is not comparing companies. They want to know someone will pick up, roughly what it costs, and whether the technician will explain the work instead of upselling. Most sites in this trade answer none of that above the fold.

What we built
A warm, plainly written site that leads with the promise a homeowner cares about and backs it with job stories written the way a technician would tell them. Services are described in the words a customer would use, and a short estimator gives a range without pretending to be a quote.

The system underneath
Job stories are content files, so adding one is writing rather than building. The service pages share a single template that carries its own structured data. The estimator collects what the job actually depends on, returns a range, and leaves the final price to the visit.

What it demonstrates
This is a demonstration build, not a client site. It exists to show the standard we hold a site to, from the way the work is described down to how the estimate refuses to overpromise.
Who builds sites like this
Who builds sites like this for HVAC companies? okaybabe does. okaybabe designed and built this demonstration end to end and runs the live build at wexlerheatingair.com. A real HVAC company gets the same build with its own name and its own jobs on it.
